Archiving Policy

The journal IRCOMM Scholastica: Journal of Interdisciplinary Studies (ISJIS) is committed to maintaining the sustainability and long-term access to all published content.

For this purpose, ISJIS implements the following digital archiving policies:

LOCKSS / CLOCKSS System

ISJIS uses the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system to store and protect the journal archives in several digital repositories of partner universities. This system guarantees that all articles remain accessible even if the main journal site experiences disruption.

PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)

All journal content is automatically synchronized with PKP PN, the official archiving network owned by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP), to ensure long-term preservation.

Institutional Repository

Articles are also archived in the internal repositories of IRCOMM Scholastica and the IRCOMM Group Knowledge Repository, which are centrally managed.

Self-Archiving by Authors

Authors are allowed to store the final version of the article (published version) in an institutional repository, personal website, or academic platform (ResearchGate, Academia.edu, etc.) by including the original DOI link from the journal.
